Equality Objectives Statement

Lawrence View  Primary School is committed to ensuring equality of provision throughout the school community. To achieve this, our equality objectives 2022 - 2025 are as follows:

• To ensure the school actively promotes and prioritises raising awareness, appreciation and celebration of diversity including: gender; sexuality, race and religion
• To provide equal opportunities for all learners promoting good progress and outcomes for all. 
• To promote the importance of good attendance amongst pupils and that attendance is similar within all vulnerable groups.
• To improve provision for pupils for whom English is an additional language, particularly new arrivals at the early stage of English acquisition
